The neighbourhood of Kleinburg can be found in the city of Vaughan, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


Kleinburg is especially car friendly. Parking is easy. In contrast, residents using public transit may find very limited choices in Kleinburg by reason of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood. Kleinburg is not very cycling-friendly as the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and cyclists are faced with quite a few slopes. It is also very difficult for pedestrians to get around in Kleinburg since very few daily errands can be run on foot.


There are only a few primary schools in Kleinburg and consequently they can be a long walk away. Likewise, this part of the city does not have any high schools. Moreover, it can be difficult to reach daycares as a pedestrian. When it comes to eating, house buyers in this part of Vaughan almost always have to rely on a vehicle to do grocery shopping. A small number of restaurants are available in Kleinburg as well.


Kleinburg is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case closer to the railway line or Highway 400. It is sometimes difficult to reach public green spaces in the neighbourhood since they are spread out sporadically. Despite that, there are about 10 parks nearby for residents to enjoy.


Kleinburg experienced its largest construction boom following the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this time period.
