The neighbourhood of Mimico is part of the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of Toronto presents property owners with the choice between a variety of means of transportation. Mimico is home to fairly good transit access as a result of Mimico on the Lakeshore West, and around 10 nearby bus lines. Mimico will also appeal to people who want to live in a walkable community as it is fairly geared to pedestrians; meeting daily needs is convenient without a car. This part of Toronto is bike-friendly.

Services

It is very often an option for house buyers in this part of the city to do grocery shopping by walking. Likewise, those who are fond of dining in restaurants or cafes will have a fair number of opportunities in Mimico, for example along Lake Shore Boulevard.
