The neighbourhood of Mimico is part of the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


This part of the city provides homeowners with several alternative means of transportation. Thanks to Mimico Station on the Lakeshore West Line, and a few nearby bus lines, Mimico is quite transit friendly. Mimico will also draw physically active home buyers since it is quite suitable for walking; running daily errands is easy. This part of the city is not very bicycling-friendly as the area is not especially flat, and the cycling infrastructure is rather poor.
