Liberty Village is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


This area will attract property owners that use several modes of transportation. Liberty Village is a very pleasant part of Toronto for pedestrians; many daily needs are very easy to meet on foot, and numerous businesses are quite nearby. Owing to a few nearby bus lines, Liberty Village benefits from a great public transit infrastructure. Driving is also a fairly good means of transportation in this area. On the other hand, Liberty Village does not have any high schools. Atlantic Avenue is among the most active streets in this neighbourhood. Greenery is not very present in this area; although, public green spaces are very easy to access since there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit.


The split between renters and homeowners is about even. The predominance of large apartment buildings in the housing stock of this neighbourhood is an important part of its character. Most of the housing growth in this area has happened following the year 2000. This neighbourhood is particularly good for those looking for one bedroom homes.
