The neighbourhood of Kingsview Village is part of the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Kingsview Village is reasonably transit friendly due to a few nearby bus lines. In contrast, this area is not very cycling-friendly because this area has a quite bad cycling infrastructure, and cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of elevation changes. Walking in Kingsview Village is not very popular, even though many common errands can be run without the use of a car. On the other hand, this part of Toronto is especially car friendly. It is a short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, from any home in Kingsview Village, and it is convenient to find a place to park.

Services

It is usually possible for home buyers in this part of Toronto to shop for their groceries by walking. In addition, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and a limited number of coffee shops can be found as well. With respect to education, daycares and primary schools are convenient to access on foot from most properties for sale in Kingsview Village. This part of Toronto also has a good variety of housing sizes; homes range from lofts to four or more bedrooms. The population residing in this neighbourhood is evenly split between renters and owners. This neighbourhood experienced its biggest building boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available housing is from this era.
