Owing to a few nearby bus lines, the very good public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also quite conducive to those who travel by foot; many daily needs can be carried out by walking. Biking is sometimes challenging in Humber Valley since cyclists are faced with a significant amount of slopes. Nonetheless, the cycling infrastructure is reasonably extensive.

The nearest supermarket in this area is generally only a reasonably short walk away. There are also a few restaurants and coffee shops in Humber Valley. Regarding education, families will value the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from the majority of homes for sale in this part of the city. However, this area does not contain any high schools.

Character

This neighbourhood did not experience a single building boom; the construction of new dwellings in Humber Valley was spread throughout multiple decades in the twentieth and twenty-first century.
