The neighbourhood of Eringate can be found in the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


Cars are an excellent transportation option in this neighbourhood. It is very convenient to access a parking spot, and it is a very short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, from any location in Eringate. The public transit system in this part of Toronto is also fairly good due to a few nearby bus lines. Cycling is challenging in this neighbourhood as riding a bike is made strenuous by the often hilly terrain, and the cycling network is quite bad. Eringate is also not very convenient for walking because common errands are at times challenging to run on foot.


Accessing the closest grocery store by walking is possible for some, but not all, property owners in Eringate. A small selection of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. With respect to education, it is a rather short walk to access daycares and schools from most properties for sale in Eringate.

Most housing in this neighbourhood was built in the 1960s and 1970s, during its largest building boom.
