Transportation

This area is an extremely good part of Toronto for travelling by car. Most houses for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, and accessing a parking spot is generally easy. Dean Park is also reasonably transit friendly as a result of a few nearby bus lines. The bicycle is a fairly poor mode of transportation in Dean Park because the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there is a considerable amount of hills. This neighbourhood is also not very conducive to walking because carrying out day-to-day needs is sometimes difficult by walking.

Services

Primary schools are very easy to get to on foot from most houses for sale in Dean Park. In contrast, high schools are not especially abundant and consequently not always within walking distance.
