The neighbourhood of Rural Pickering is part of the city of Pickering, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


The best way to get around in this neighbourhood is very often a car. It is very easy to come across a parking spot. The bicycle is a rather limited method of transportation in this area as there are quite a few elevation changes, and there are very few bike lanes. It is also very difficult for pedestrians to move around in Rural Pickering because most daily needs are very challenging to meet by walking.
