The neighbourhood of Joshua Creek can be found in the town of Oakville, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


Cars are a very good mode of transportation in Joshua Creek. The majority of houses for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is convenient to park. However, commuting by public transit is difficult in Joshua Creek. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. The bike is a rather poor mode of transportation in Joshua Creek because there are few bike lanes, and cyclists encounter a considerable amount of elevation changes. This part of Oakville is also not particularly well-suited for those who travel by foot because most daily needs are at times challenging to meet by walking.

Finally, there are around 10 green spaces nearby for residents to discover, including The Parkway and Crusaders Rugby Club Park, and they are very well-distributed, making them very easy to reach from many locations within Joshua Creek.

The housing stock of this part of Oakville is composed predominantly of single detached homes and townhouses. Most of the housing growth in this neighbourhood has happened following the year 2000.
