The neighbourhood of Vanier is part of the city of Kitchener, Ontario, which is situated in the Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo metropolitan area.


Vanier will draw property owners that appreciate a variety of means of transportation. The public transit network in this area is quite convenient. More specifically, the closest rapid transit station, such as Fairway Station and Block Line Station with access to the 301 | Ion, is typically a short walk away from most residences in the neighbourhood.
