Transportation

House buyers can rely on public transit to navigate Northeast. There is the Malton Station on the Kitchener Line. House owners are served by a multitude of rapid transit stations with access to the 109 | Meadowvale Express. The neighbourhood is connected by around 30 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. On the other hand, it is challenging to commute by bike in Northeast because there are quite a few hills, and the bicycling network is rather poor. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not very well-suited for walking because few common errands can be run without having to resort to a car.
