Situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Upper West Lynn is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia.


Upper West Lynn is reasonably conducive to walking; running daily errands is easy on foot. On the other hand, Upper West Lynn is not very appropriate for biking since riding a bicycle is made strenuous by the often sloping terrain, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive. The public transit service in this part of the municipality is not especially frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are generally nearby. However, driving is a very good means of transportation in Upper West Lynn. The majority of homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, and parking is easy.


It is very often an option for property owners in this part of the municipality to do their grocery shopping on foot. Additionally, residents won't have to look far to take advantage of the closest cafe, and there are also a limited number of choices for those who appreciate close by restaurants.
