Blueridge is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


Blueridge is an extraordinarily good part of District of North Vancouver for moving around by car. It is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in Blueridge is not very convenient. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. This area is not very bicycling-friendly because there are few bike lanes, and cyclists encounter quite a few hills. It is also challenging for people walking to move around in this neighbourhood as very few daily needs can be met without the use of a car.


Property owners in Blueridge generally have to use a vehicle to travel to the closest supermarket. When it comes to education, families will value the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, properties for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, Blueridge does not have any high schools.


The character of Blueridge is exemplified by its calm atmosphere. It is very easy to reach public green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to relax in. The noise levels in this part of the municipality are also very low, as the streets tend to be especially calm.


Roughly 90% of the population of this neighbourhood own their home while the rest are renters. The predominant housing types in this area are single detached homes and row houses. This part of the municipality experienced its biggest construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available properties are from this time period. Notably, this area is good for those looking for four or more bedroom homes.
