Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Mayfair-Pacific Reach is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia.


Cars are an excellent means of transportation in this neighbourhood. Most of the street network is appropriate for driving, and the majority of homes for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. However, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. Nevertheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close. Cycling is easy in this area because this neighbourhood has a good bicycling infrastructure. This part of the city is not very conducive to those who travel by foot as running daily errands is occasionally difficult by walking.


It is occasionally possible for property owners in Mayfair-Pacific Reach to shop for groceries by walking. Nevertheless, getting to the nearest pharmacy and therefore some staple foods is usually easy. Residents benefit from around 10 restaurants and cafes as well. As far as education is concerned, Mayfair-Pacific Reach does not have any high schools or primary schools. Moreover, parents and their schoolchildren may consider it difficult to reach daycares as a pedestrian.

Most of the housing growth in this neighbourhood took place in the 1980s. This neighbourhood is particularly good for those looking for four or more bedroom homes.
