The neighbourhood of Grand Boulevard can be found in the city of City of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


Active home buyers will welcome the reasonably pedestrian-friendly character of Grand Boulevard; running daily errands is convenient on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. However, bicycling is difficult in this part of the city as cyclists encounter quite a few slopes, and the cycling network is rather limited. Commuting by public transit is sometimes challenging in Grand Boulevard. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties. In contrast, Grand Boulevard is very car friendly. The majority of houses for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is convenient to park.


Both general and specialty grocery stores are ordinarily accessible within a rather short walk from anywhere in Grand Boulevard. Likewise, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner. As far as education is concerned, families will welcome the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority properties for sale in Grand Boulevard.
