The neighbourhood of Windsor can be found in the city of Burnaby, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


This part of Burnaby affords property owners the choice between a diversity of methods of transportation. The fairly good public transit infrastructure makes transit a viable option for many people thanks to Royal Oak Station on the Expo Skytrain, and a few nearby bus lines. This area is also quite well-suited for walking; running daily errands is easy on foot, and various businesses are nearby. Biking is at times difficult in this neighbourhood as there is a significant amount of elevation changes. Nevertheless, the bicycling infrastructure is quite well-developed.


It is very easy to reach both a general and a specialty grocery store by walking from any home in Windsor. Additionally, a restaurant is generally just around the corner.
