Transportation

Travelling by car is very convenient in Morley-Buckingham. Most homes for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is very easy to park. The reasonably good public transit access allows people to get to many destinations without needing a vehicle. There are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are typically nearby. Getting around by bicycle is challenging in this neighbourhood as this area has a rather poor cycling infrastructure, and there is a considerable amount of hills. Travelling by foot is also not very popular in Morley-Buckingham, although meeting daily needs is convenient.

It is convenient to get to the nearest grocery store by walking from any home in Morley-Buckingham. In addition, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and residents are served by a few cafes as well. Regarding education, it is a reasonably short walk to access primary schools and daycares from anywhere in Morley-Buckingham. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood.

Character

Morley-Buckingham is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. The noise levels in this part of Burnaby are also low, as the streets are usually quite tranquil - although that is not the case near Trans-Canada Highway.
