The neighbourhood of Cloverdale is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cloverdale affords property owners the choice between different methods of transportation. This part of Edmonton is reasonably transit friendly. More specifically, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are usually nearby. Cloverdale is also reasonably suitable for walking; most daily needs are easy to meet on foot, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Cloverdale is appropriate for bicycling since the cycling network is excellent.

Services

Families will appreciate that wherever their house is situated in Cloverdale, secondary schools and daycares are nearby. However, there are no primary schools in Cloverdale. When it comes to food, it is easy to access the closest grocery store on foot in this area. Furthermore, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a fair number of choices.

Character

Cloverdale is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This area is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, public green spaces, like Henrietta Muir Edwards Park and Strathearn Park, are especially well-distributed and there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in, making them very easy to access from the majority of locations within Cloverdale.
