The neighbourhood of Belmead is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.


It is convenient to commute by bike in Belmead as cyclists do not face serious hills, and this part of the city boasts a good bicycling infrastructure. Travelling on foot is also reasonably feasible for house buyers in this area; running day-to-day errands is easy by walking. Belmead is a very good part of Edmonton for travelling by car.
