Transportation

Housing

In Sandstone Valley, roughly three quarters of buildings are single detached homes, while townhouses are also present in the housing stock. A majority of the housing growth in this neighbourhood took place between 1980 and 1990. This area offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Roughly 85% of the properties in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners and 15% are rented.
